Planning changes to your property?

You may need approval before you begin!

• The Woodlands Village Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (see the "Covenants" menu item) provides for an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and describes its authority over certain changes to property within Woodlands Village. The type of changes are described in the "Covenants" document. They may include additions to your home, a pool, fencing, etc.

• If you are planning any such changes you will need to complete a form to request the approval of the Committee before your project can begin. To obtain the form, click here: Project Approval Request Form.

• Following form submission, you should allow for up to 30 days for the Committee to respond to your request.
